Radio Stations Have No Obligation To Play Irish Music. Discuss.
It is an issue which has been the subject of intense debate over the years. Do Irish radio stations support Irish music or play as much as the quality merits? Are too few artists hogging most of the play? Is getting a spin at three in the morning enough to fulfill an obligation to play Irish music – if one indeed exists at all.
