John Reynolds

With a jaw-dropping client list that includes U2, Sinead O’Connor, Andrea Corr, Dido, Damien Dempsey, Peter Gabriel, Jah Wobble, Herbie Hancock, Robert Plant and Brian Eno ana Bjork, John Reynolds has built an enviable reputation as a producer, writer and musician. As one of Sinéad O’Connor’s staunchest collaborators, he’s worked with her since her pioneering  debut album, The Lion and The Cobra, and was nominated as Q Producer of the Year for Universal Mother. Based in London, John devotes much of his passion to his New Air Studio. Capable of adapting from traditional band formations to full orchestral arrangements, his exceptional productions at New Air include Seize the Day, the Irish double platinum album by Damien Dempsey, as well as Dempsey’s Shots, To Hell or Barbados and The Rocky Road; plus albums by Hothouse Flowers, John Spillane and Belinda Carlisle. More recently he worked with U2 for all their audio for visual requirements on their current mammoth 360 Tour. John produced the no 1 single ‘The Ballad of Ronnie Drew’, which featured U2, The Dubliners, Kíla and A Band of Bowsies.
