Looks like a full dance card for Saturday.
First thing in the am, Friar Murphy will be on the blower to The Kiosk on Phantom FM reviewing Barney Hoskyns new Tom Waits biography. Then it’s a hop on the bus to Wexford town to give a reading and public interview with Mr Tom Mooney of The Echo at the Arts Centre, kick off 3pm. One mug of tea later and it’s down the road to the Book Centre for a signing at 5pm. And just to push the boat out, there’s a late reading the Cáca Milis Cabaret, again in the Arts Centre. The Friar will be plying his wares between a short film, jazz band, assorted Egyptian belly dancers and seven different kinds of necromancy. Sounds like a hoot. Adm 5 Euro.
