Wooo, we evaded Armageddon another year! Didn’t it sound great?
I’ve drafted out a list of what I think are the contenders for album of the year. Some you’d hate, some you love. I’m already sure of my favourite but will hold off a bit. For now, what did YOU like? Hit the comments like it’s Judgement Day!
EPs follow next week.

Less than a year since the release of Seventeen, the artist known as indefinite article (The!) LPX returns with an EP full of new ideas. Fashion, Not Fashion was recorded in Leigh’s UK mansion and this week he’s on a brief flit home for two gigs: Cork’s Pavilion tomorrow 27 November and the Fashion, Not Fashion launch proper in Dublin’s Boom Boom Room on Friday 28.
Cork looks like an opportunity to catch up with deadly Green Lights and the newly-monikered O, Emperor more recently known as Saviours of Space while the launch gig sees a welcome return pairing for Brian Cullens’ Love Bullets, along with The Bastard Rain.
Funnily enough, there are Däleks in Dublin on the same night

Check out the OHR Seventeen interview!

Autoban‘s new single Sirens is doing very well – they’ve a tasty run of gigs starting with a Near FM slot tomorrow, Dorans on 9 December and The Academy 2 the next night before culminating in New Year’s Eve at Whelans. I believe they’ve a few female flasher fans so that’ll go down well…
Here’s the vid for Sirens, directed by Souljacker Films.

We play our first live show ever with the Antics Cru tomorrow night @ Crawdaddy. With lotsa new trax and remixes to showcase it should be a good ‘un.
Also, it’s gonna be a mini celebration party as we’ve just signed our track, 36 Days to New York Label, OMG Recordings, home to the likes of Heartache, Xinobi, Kris Menace & Lifelike among other amazing artists. Woot woot!
Ain’t nothing mini about that party!
