Everyone’s getting revved up for the Choice Music Prize which takes place Vicar Street next Wednesday, 27 February.
All ten acts are confirmed to perform live on the night meaning the event will be a corking showcase of Ireland’s best from the last year.
Just in case you need reminding, here’s the artist and albums shortlist:

Paddy Power have the odds

Aoife Mc collected photos, mp3s and interviews from her Indie Hour show on Dublin City Radio and posted them over on her blog. Last night’s Choice special will soon be available to download as a podcast too *glee*

Sinead Gleeson’s Musical Rooms series has covered the nominees’ rehearsal/recording space for a peek into the environments involved in the albums, complete with photos. Kila use a Celbridge manor, Dry County a Wicklow hillside. Lovely stuff!
