The World Fleadh has been in full swing in Caslebar, Co. Mayo for the past couple of days, so a swift mention here on the Festival News blog certainly wouldn't go amiss.
An obvious highlight for anyone with an interest in traditional Irish sounds, this year's line-up for Ireland's biggest folk and traditional event has already featured the likes of Moving Hearts and Sharon Shannon, with upcoming performers in the line-up including Mary Black (pictured, who'll be playing tonight!), Frankie Gavin and Randy Travis, who draws the festival to a close on August 8th.
