    Taking place for the first time this weekend in Galway's Latin Quarter the Little Havana Festival will feature Cuban inspired music, dance and street entertainment feature in the busy programme of activity. A three-day programme of free events will bring the rhythms and sounds of Havana to the medieval streets of Galway. Norman Jay kicks off the clubbing proceedings tonight, while Gilles Peterson is tomorrow's headliner.
