    Burren Slow Food Festival, Lisdoonvarna Food | Comments Off
    This three day festival is dedicated to promoting the use of local and sustainable food sources. It aims to support local artisans, pub and restaurants that do so around County Clare. Attractions include cookery demonstrations led by chocolatier Benoit Lorge, Donnagh Gregson from the Bunratty Cookery School, and special guest Darina Allen of the Ballymaloe House and Cookery School (pictured above), as well as talks by Green Party councellor Brian Meaney and academic speakers.
