A new festival has been announced to mark the 50th anniversary of the world-famous band performing in Dublin.
The Beatles played Dublin’s Adelphi Cinema on Middle Abbey Street (now Arnott’s car park) in November 1963 in what would be their only Dublin performances.
Set to run Thursday, November 7 to Sunday, November 10, 2013, the Dublin Beatles Festival will feature a four-day programme of music and arts events in popular venues throughout the city.
