Running from March 12 to 17 in Austin, Texas, 2013’s bash will be attended by upwards of 19,000 industry delegates including a 3,000-strong media posse.

Expanded in recent years to take in film and interactive, SXSW attracts not only nascent talent, but also established names like Lou Reed, Iggy Pop, Smokey Robinson, Jimmy Cliff and Bruce Springsteen who played and delivered the keynote speech there last year.
