Set amidst a 400-acre site in the heart of Westport town in Mayo, Westport Festival of Music and Performing Arts is a two-day celebration of music and song, embracing the a strong local and international rock, folk, celtic and acoustic line-up. Billed as a festival for grown-ups (can we still bring our Jedward lunchboxes?), Westport’s gridlocked bill marks the only Irish festival dates for several artists, including Ray Davies, Seasick Steve, Jools Holland and Macy Gray. As for Chic, we are so ready to party!
