The lineup for the mamooth festival has now been divided between Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday. Friday will feature the likes of MGMT (pictured), Orbital and Seasick Steve, while Saturday includes Bat for Lashes, Jape and 2 Many DJ's. There's just about a week to go to the start of the 6th Bulmers International Comedy Festival, which begins on September 6 and runs until September 27 across various Dublin venues. It's important to note that Michael McIntyre's Olympia Theatre dates on the September 6 and 7 are sold out, as are Jimmy Carr's dates in the same venue on September 17, 18, 19 and 20.

Over 200,000 people descended on Tullamore last week for the biggest trad festival of them all, Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2009.
The record for the biggest Irish music session was smashed for the third year in a row when 3,457 musicians, singers and dancers took to Tullamore's Market Square on Friday, August 21.
