I’m a girl who is fond of her food, so it’s good to know that eating well can actually improve your sex life.
Unfortunately food isn’t an aphrodisiac and there isn’t anything you can feed your partner that will get him or her in the mood straight away, but a smart diet is good for more than just your waistline. But, according to Health.com there are seven foods which really do improve sexual function and libido. These are avocado; almonds, strawberries; seafood; rocket (arugula); figs; and citrus fruit.
