Ever been too embarrassed to buy condoms?
According to an online survey, one in ten people have unsafe sex because they are too embarrassed to buy condoms. That’s awful but I sort of understand. Once, during my first sexual relationship, the boyfriend and I went into a chemist to pick up the necessary, but the old battleaxe behind the counter chased us out saying they didn’t stock “that filth”…
For years I was a little bit embarrassed about buying them myself, delegating it to whomever I was sleeping with, as a “man’s job” but on the occasions I did, I felt the need to buy all sorts of other things in the chemist, such as lipstick and hair pins, so that they wouldn’t think I’d stopped in just to get condoms. Silly I know…
Anyone have any similar tales?
Yep I can definitely identify with that! Many a time I have sent the other half to get the goods as was too embarrassed to do so myself…
Recently though I’ve found a quick and easy way to avoid all those worries and have started buying my condoms from the comfort of my living room! Yup online shopping is definitely the way to go.

Defo agree with the embarrassment factor! Not only having to go in, but they also know what type you’re after too. What if you were a guy and needed a smaller size LOL! I had a look at that Pasante Desire one on that site - it looks small which in my book is an advantage for shoulder bag fit!

Yeah, it’s so true. I absolutely used to Dread going into our local chemists and supermarkets. I totally Agree with Johnny and always buy online now.
http://www.smarthealth.ie seem to be the most reliable and their Irish. Normally get them within a day or two plus they have a really cool range!! Never gonna be caught by Mrs. O’ Leary again
Me too, always hate going in. Could be worse, I’d hate to asked for some pile cream and crab solution!!!!!! I use http://www.smartcondoms.ie, usually get them the next day, no red face again…..
I have absolutely no problem buying condoms in a chemist or shop I just don’t see the big deal everyone does it…Friends of mine however do and I end up having to go buy them while they wait outside which just seems weird to me…
I think this is the main reason for that why people do not use condoms because they feel embarrassed.
